When you set out on your journey to find the most trusted surgeon, most appropriate clinic and most advanced aftercare, you need to hear from the patients who have been there before you, who has been through what you’re looking in to, and how they have fared. It’s important to hear it from the horses mouth, not us, not the surgeon, but from the patient who was in your shoes.
We ask all of our patients post-surgery, to tell us how they found the service, how they found the people and the aftercare – and ultimately, was it what they expected and would they recommend the service to their friends and family. Of course, we are all ears, we want to know all about your experience with us, and naturally, it’s not always bells and whistles; but at least you know we listen and we care.
To gather reviews, we use an independent service from Feefo.
Feefo feedback requests allow us to gather valuable and honest feedback from all of our patients, helping to give you a good idea of what you can expect before you book your surgery. ALL reviews and feedback are gathered and live on our website for all to see, we’re transparent like that, and we are open about sharing feedback, in order for us to improve and grow, get better, and offer the best service to our patients yet! Because we get to know our patients, we also get to know what you are expecting, and what you’re not, therefore, over the years your feedback has allowed us to develop our clinic as one of the most trusted across the North West, today.

It is easy for us to get lost in the day-to-day running of a busy cosmetic surgery clinic.
Currently operating from four main clinics across the North West of England, we are seeing more patients than ever before. Each week we hold weekly consultations with our registered surgeons, so that patients have the opportunity to discuss (more than once if needed) with an expert doctor, their hopes, fears and expectations, while they are considering surgery and the right options. Our surgeons are talented, skilled and highly experienced.
It is a busy time, as we welcome many patients through our Manchester, Bolton, Warrington and Preston clinics and guide each patient through their own personal surgery journey. It is very much a hand held service, starting right from that first consultation, up to that last appointment, when our patient feels ready and happy to begin their next chapter. We often find ourselves dashing from consultations to aftercare appointments, meeting with the nurse team and talking support bras! We would not have it any other way.
It is only when we pause for a moment and take time to read through the feedback and reviews left by our patients or look back at some of the life-changing transformations, we take on the enormity of what our job here is. It is life-changing and we feel truly blessed to be involved in such an incredible part of someones life.
You see, we are not just consultants, surgeons, nurses and clinicians; we are a team, a family who facilitate life-changing decisions, and a trusted place where patients reach out to change their self-image and the first step to their journey.
We enjoy meeting new faces and new people, all different and going through different stages of life. Often we see enhanced confidence immediately; other times it comes later. What we know, is that our patients leave happy, they leave with an extra spring in their step and they leave knowing that we are always there for them, and that there is no limits to our care.
Our feedback and reviews make us proud and are the heart of our business, because happy patients mean, we are getting it right. We are overjoyed with the way out patients feel and the care we have provided, knowing it has had such a profound impact on their confidence and their life. We set out to offer a tailored cosmetic approach, one where each patient can work with an expert and achieve enhancements they themselves are proud of.
We have recently won the Platinum Trusted Service Award from Feefo, which is an honour and delight. We are thrilled to have achieved this award each year, for the last three years and will continue to make service and care our number one priority.
