One thing we get asked a lot at Red Rose Desire is why your initial consultation is necessary.
Our Patient Coordinator Georgina explains how not all consultations are created equal and why it is crucial for you to attend at least one.
Free Cosmetic Surgery Consultation.
When you have your first consultation, it is natural to have a lot of questions. Our consultations are designed to give you the answers you need.
βThat first meeting with a patient during their first consultation is the first step on their transformation journey, the time spent is so important, and extremely thorough!β says Georgina, βNobody ever leaves a consultation here disappointed β and they always feel like theyβve benefitted by meeting the surgeon, and discussing the procedure and most importantly the results that can be achieved. The fact is, even if others are offering consultations, our consultations are betterΒ β because you just donβt get the same time elsewhere.β
We always book out 30 minutes for an initial consultation.
This includes time with our specialist surgeons, and time with one of our patient coordinators. Come and meet the team.
Georgina says: β When we first meet with you, we want to understand your goals and feelings.Β Our aim is to tailor this journey just for you, and to discuss your expectations. First, you can meet with your chosen surgeon, on a one to one basis to discuss the procedure, shape and size. This first meeting allows you to bond and get to know your surgeonβ.
βWe will take measurements, talk size and desired results and look (if applicable) at implant brands, sizes and shapes. The surgeon can answer any questions or concerns you might have and will chat with the patient about all of the options,β Georgina advises.
βFollowing the time with the surgeon, you are then able to discuss costs, payment options, finance, and aftercare with me. Iβll provide information about the sequence of appointments required and what to expect throughout the treatment.β Georgina can offer first-hand advice about this,Β and can also share many other patient stories and before and after images with you, which can often help to give you a better understanding of what can be achieved. βIβve had surgery myself, so Iβm a great person to answer questions you might haveβ Georgina assures.
This means that during that initial consultation, you will leave feeling we have helped you make a decision about what youβd like to go ahead with. Whatβs more, we always welcome our clients back for a second consultation if this is needed, “there is no limit, we know this is a bid decision and we are here for you” advises Georgina.
Naturally after youβve left us and thought more about what treatment youβd like to have, more questions arrive. There are also occasions where you have had a check-up with your GP before commencing treatment and we need to review that. Either way, this second appointment gives us all a chance to review your treatment plan before we start.
We often welcome patients who would like to bring in someone with them to their next appointment β as a second pair of eyes or ears β or simply a list of questions about what we discussed last time.
This initial time ensures that you wonβt find any hidden costs along the way β and you have all the information you need to make an informed choice about your treatment before you begin your surgery journey.

Always Free, Always With The Surgeon, Just For You.
There are many women all over the world, of all shapes and sizes looking to enlarge, reduce or reshape their breasts, daily.
Be it for medical reasons, or to increase confidence, us women have been augmenting their breasts since the 1890βs!
For most of us; the dream, the idea, the need or want of a breast enhancement or βboob jobβ is the first stage, and essentially the easy part. Making those thoughts and dreams into reality, and seriously considering or booking the surgery is the harder part. It is only natural, at this stage, for you to wonder about the procedure itself,Β the size, the shape, and the expected results; many will have nervous, even anxious feelings about the process.Β The team here at Red Rose Desire always recommend you book in for a complimentary one-on-one consultation with our breast specialist surgeon, that way you are free to ask as many questions as you wish, discuss shape and size for you, and have an understanding of your overall look and feel. Please be safe in the knowledge that this is completely normal and very common when choosing to have breast surgery.
We have dates and times to suit you, and a range of clinics too…it is completely free of charge.
Just a few of the most frequent questions our surgeons receive at the consultations are;
β What type of breast surgery or procedure is right for me?
β Is breast surgery safe? What are the risks?
β What will be expected of me?
β How long does it take to perform / recover from breast surgery?
β How long will my new breasts last?
β Can I still breastfeed safely?
β Will I lose sensation in my breasts or nipples?
β Do implants affect mammograms / detecting breast cancer?
β Are breast enlargements painful?
β Are you (the surgeon) fully qualified and accredited?
β What does your aftercare include?
Take a look at our Breast Enlargement FAQ’s, for a little more reading on this.
At Red Rose Desire, we think it’s imperative that you always get to meet the actual surgeon that will be performing your surgery. We feel strongly that it’s the surgeon themselves, rather than a representative of the company, to help answer your questions, as each patient, each pair of breasts and each procedure is different, and always tailored to you.
We often meet ladies who are coming in to discuss a breast enlargement, when in fact they would be better suited to a breast uplift, or breast augmentationΒ . Others may be aiming to enhance their breast size larger than their body frame, and others may not have any expectations idea at all.
A consultation with your breast surgeon is absolutely essential, so you are able to establish the following;
β What sort of procedure do you need? – what shape, size, incision site, placement and surface texture is recommended for you. During your consultation, your surgeon will discuss your options in much detail.
β Learn about your surgeon – our surgeons are some of the best in the business, and rest assured you will leave armed full of information about their experience, their training, their accreditations and examples of work. You will also be given time to ask any questions you might have.
β Letting you know what to expect – you will understand all about the procedure and the process, during surgery and after surgery is very important for you, and us. At consultations we strive to give you as much information as possible, and to answer all and any questions you might have, so you know what to expect with no surprises.
At Red Rose Desire all of our surgeons are accredited by the General Medical Council (GMC) to ensure you get the best professional advice and quality of procedure available and have successfully practised and gained respect in the cosmetic surgery industry for many years. We know how many questions and reservations ladies will have before breast surgery, and this is why we offer completely complimentary consultations with surgeons, the professionals, themselves.
Rest assured that you will always be in the very best of medical hands, and our priority is to make sure you are happy with your new look, not only now, but in the future too.
Don’t just take our word for it, take a look at our real reviews to see what our patients really thought of the service they received at Red Rose Desire Cosmetic Surgery.
